Back from vacation
Well, I’m back from my week-long vacation (from work, and the Internet). It was a nice break. Took a road trip to Chicago and Columbus, Ohio. Lots of driving. Stopped at a cheese factory in Wisconsin. Apparently, cheddar is sharpest after aging five years, and then starts to mellow out. Chicago made me fat and happy — truly remarkable cuisine, nice city too. Normal posting to FargoBoy.com will resume shortly.
